Black Sunflowers sheds light on a dark chapter of history, bringing to life the resilience and courage of the Ukrainian people.

This is a free event open to the public.

Located in the territories of the W̱SÁNEĆ and Lək̓ʷəŋən peoples. The Lək̓ʷəŋən are represented today by the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations, and the W̱SÁNEĆ peoples include the W̱JOȽEȽP (Tsartlip), SȾÁUTW̱ (Tsawout), BOḰEĆEN (Pauquachin), W̱SIḴEM (Tseycum), and MÁLEXEȽ (Malahat) Nations.
